Fresh Camp Services trades as a remote site camp specialists offering numerous solutions to suit client and project requirements from short to medium and long term solutions, across the SADC region in corporate, remote, and rural areas and hard to reach places. 

Fresh Camp Services  focuses on construction and development often involved in turnkey solutions in conjunction with the sister company Fresh Camp Bodiredi.

The management team individually all have 35 years’ experience constructing projects throughout the SADC region on numerous projects encompassing agricultural holdings, settlements and villages, residential estates, hotels, and resorts to mention a few.

Fresh Camp Bodiredi development and construction has built strong alliances over the past 35 years and successfully combined with - project management firms registered and accredited with ACPM and SACPCMP - quantity surveyors registered and accredited with MRICS, RQS, PMAQS and ASAQS. Together with the Management Team all have positively appointed skilled architects, engineers, builders of local learning to assist and facilitate and manage builds within the SADC region. 

We pride ourselves on drawing on local expertise and the ability to transfer skills to local communities whilst we expediate our clients’ specialised projects.

All projects undertaken can entail a turnkey system or approach, namely, the professional team and construction team combine their expertise to complete the projects from design through budget to build, managed under a registered principle of authority. 

The development side would be to assist in arranging funding when required, following into design and construct for a sell-on to a property fund and, or private entrepreneur. 

In the case of retail, the sell-on would include a fully let establishment with senior anchor tenants secured off head leases, limiting and navigating risk correctly. 

The development model is aimed at previously disadvantaged areas, with the intention being to build sound structures in areas that have a large footprint ensuring positive fiscal in the development that in turn supports the development over time in terms of spend.
